Dear Enterprise,
Please fix your website. I’d like to use some of my points.
Thanks,

Wait, a Mirage is MORE points than a pickup? Or are they giving you 850 points to rent a mirage?

The points you see are the cost. The tr uck pictured is not the truck you receive. Enterprise has two classes of truck: fleet-style work trucks to compete with day rentals from Lowe’s; and luxury trucks which they price at the same tier as their full-size SUVs.

Still, I’d rather drive a base truck than a Mirage

I got a Rav4 last year for a drive from Denver to Cheyenne WY. I freaking hated it. The kia Optima I had the previous trip was 10 times better.

Funny thing: I tried to reserve a car using Hertz with points yesterday and couldn’t because “the return location is not open at the time of requested return.” ...at Atlanta international, which is open 24/7/365.

Heh. Just like redeeming those “cheap” Delta fli ght saver award levels with SkyPesos.
Good luck.

I had to actually call (gasp! ) and talk to a person to get it fixed.

Enterprise should pay YOU to drive a freaking Mirage.

Thanks. I’ll probably keep my current rental and have the points applied after the fact. As an “elite” customer, they shouldn’t have any trouble with that. Of course, they probably will anyway.

I’m planning to talk to the local office when I make the next swap. It should happen this weekend or next.
